Vocab Story
One night, as i was producing music beats in my studio down town New York. It was late at night and everyone was still working. I have already apologized for pushing the deadline for the artist's release on his new album. The light in the studio illuminated the artist while he was singing. The exhausted singer still gave me a smile and replied me with a lilt. The amount of stress and sleepiness is making the singer barely audible. This was very tough for me, I had to get him to sing louder when he already doesn’t want to be here. This artist has very little credibility with the world to creating some good music. My job is to change his image and change his style in music. Unfortunately, so far, the artist has failed to maneuver his singing correctly.

You can't maneuver singing.
ReplyDeletelilt needs to be used differently too.
It is a characteristic rising and falling of the voice when speaking; or a pleasant gentle accent:
he spoke with a faint but recognizable Irish lilt
a pleasant, gently swinging rhythm in a song or tune:
the lilt of the Hawaiian music
